Come learn tools - skills of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion through an 8 session course offered by Becky Andrews, LCMH at Resilient Solutions, Inc and trained in Self Compassion/Mindfulmess.
This course is based on the work by Dr. Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff
Course will begin April 8 at 5:30 - 7:00 PM and will last 8 sessions (every other week). Discounted to $95 for group.
