Come "Dare Greatly" with Tamera Pedersen, LCMHC
Brene Brown named her book 'Daring Greatly' after being inspired by Theodore Roosevelt's quote. So, where do you want to 'show up, be seen, and live brave'? come explore what is stopping you from 'getting in the arena'. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
Here is some feedback from one of my Daring Way Groups --
"This class has helped me challenge some of the belief systems that I have been functioning under I felt I could be vulnerable and safe with my feelings. The information presented is both personal and universal and makes me want to be a better version of myself. I have and will continue to recommend this class to everyone!"
"Thank you so much for bringing special life changing ways of living life in a fuller happier way to us. I learned a lot - been changed in some important ways."
"The Daring Way Group has been incredibly beneficial to me. I feel like I have been able to open up and be vulnerable in ways that I had forgotten how to. My heart is full of compassion for others and a little bit more for myself. This class is worth it. I am worth it. I am learning to be brave. I am learning to be authentic. I am learning that my fear - my shame-- doesn't rule me."
This group has been empowering. I see parity in areas that I've failed to understand in the past. Tamera is an expert at what she does and I feel like that helped us to get the most out of the class -- connecting dots, synthesizing information, and discovering things about ourselves. I've often struggled with applying principles that I learn, but this class helps to make things more tangible and therefore easier to actually implement, I left t the end of each class feeling rejuvenated rather than drained. It was 100% worth my time."
During this 6-week group we will, "Explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent and lead." Brene Brown
