 Calling all moms with a chid who is visually impaired, blind, low vision

Join us for a Mom's retreat

--Make connections with other moms

--Leave feeling supported, replenished and empowered

We will meet every other Wednesday morning 

8:30 - 9:45 AM Pacific Time - via zoom

January 13 to February 23

Group is facilitated by Becky Andrews, LCMHC and Melissa Taussig, LCPC.  Both therapists who are blind in private practice.

Grief Gathering

 Join with others experiencing the death of a loved one.  Eight week group to begin January 12, 6-7 PM via zoom.  Group is $50 for full 8 week session.

Mindfulness and Self Compassion Class (Cultivating Resilience)

 Becky Andrews, LCMHC, will be offering the next Cultivating Resilience Class with a focus on Mindfulness and Self Compassion to begin Tuesday January 4th via zoom at 10 -11:15 AM MT or 6-7:15 MT.  Group will be 8 weeks / $125 (payable to R S I Venmo: Resilient_Solutions or check to R S I, 1355 N. Main, Ste. 1 Bountiful, Utah 84010).  Workbook will be mailed to you prior to the class.  Email Taylor at to register and receive zoom link.

Group size will be kept small (less than 10) so all will have a chance to share and connect.

Topics will include:  Mindfulness, Self compassion, Boundaries; Feelings - processing in healthy ways; Self Care, Positive Psychology Practices - gratitude, savoring, hunt for the good; finding meaning.
