Cultivate Resilience Course, 8 week group to help individuals learn and practice resilient tools to help navigate challenging times. Group is just $75 and includes a workbook in print - large print - and downloadable. It is also available in braille.
Topics to include: healthy ways to process emotions, self compassion, self care, mindfulness, savoring, learning to utilize our strengths in our challenges, boundaries, healthy relationships, lessons learned, and finding joy in the journey.
