Teen Grief Group. Bountiful, Utah.

With permission from a grieving teen, I share his picture of how to describe his grief. At times it is hard to put into words, rather easier to express through creative ways such as this:

If you know a teen who is grieving in our area, contact Melanie Holt, 801.718,9840 who will be leading the next teen grief group. Also, individual counseling is available. Teen Grief Group will be: Mondays 11-12, next group to begin Monday, July 1st at Resilient Solutions, Inc., Suite 1, Bountiful, Utah. Group is $120 for 6-weeks or $20/group session.

Teen Self-esteem Group

8-week group to increase self-esteem.  Topics will include:  self-nurturing, stress management, boundary setting, trust issues, and relationship skills.

Starts June 25th from 1:30 - 3:00 PM

Teen Girls Anxiety Group.

We will begin our next teen group on Monday, September 26th at 4:00 pm.  8-week group, $190 or $25/group session.  We will learn both prevention and intervention techniques to help manage your anxiety.

For girls ages 13 - 18, experiencing depression and/or anxiety

Join us for a group where other girls your age can understand and support one another, you can learn healthy skills to help reduce depression and anxiety, and increase self-esteem and confidence.

Mondays, beginning Septemer 26th, 4:00 - 5:15, 8-weeks, $190

Join us for a group where other girls can understand and support one another. You can learn healthy skills to increase your confidence and self-esteem.

12-week group for girls ages 14-19; $25/group session beginning Monday, January 24th, 4:00 - 5:15. (Our office accepts insurance.)
